Come Join Our Flow...Here's what to expect in every session.
It takes a village! Our mission is to help create a space for mamas to connect with other mamas and walk the motherhood journey together. We start each session together in a group setting getting to know the mamas in your community and talking about all things motherhood.
Each session has dedicated time to spend a few moments connecting within. We might embark on some guided meditation or focus on Pranayama breathing.
Every session will end with 45 minutes of movement. You will have the chance to strengthen, tone, tighten, stretch and move your body the way that feels right to you in order to replenish and nourish your body.
About PostNatal Yoga
Postnatal yoga is a wonderful way to share this special time in your life with other mamas and create lasting community.
This class is designed to support you mentally & physically after your birth in community with other mamas!
Nourish & care for your body while gaining strength, increased flexibility, & peace of mind.
Each class includes focused breathing, meditation, and stretching - all great tools to improve sleep, reduce stress and address specific issues that many women face after having a baby. We also include pelvic floor exercises that can aid in postpartum recovery.
We invite you to take good care of yourself during class; nurse/feed your baby, take water breaks, modify postures or do your own. We're here to support you in getting the most out of your time.
